Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy

This clinic follows a tiered cancellation policy:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before the event: Non-refundable, but the registration can be transferred to another qualified person.
